Thank you for visiting Women Founders Collective (WFC) website, a work in progress. This website is built using a powerful, open-source "content management system" called Drupal. With Drupal, organizations such as WFC can quickly and at little cost, launch interactive, content-driven websites. Anyone with a username and password (obtained through the "contact us" request) can log into this site using a web browser from anywhere in the world, add content and participate in discussions on topics that are relevant to both women founders and those women thinking of starting an NGO.
In the coming months, we expect to take advantage of the many tools Drupal offers to create a dynamic online community for women founders globally. How each woman chooses to make use of WFC is her decision. WFC is open to the variety of needs and concerns that are brought to this site. In time, we expect to have a multiple language program available on this website, opening up the world of women founders to many more nationalities.

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
The word empowerment has diversified implication. We in the organization believe that unless the women come out to speak and think about herself the goal remains to be achieved. We have tried to encourage women to come together discuss their problems among themselves to chalk out a future strategy for their siblings, to take proper stock of their health and hygiene and domestic violence, which is their immediate and long term needs. The betterment of their ownselves with their families and over all the understanding that they too have a voice to be heard and taken note of.
The organization for the last ten years has been closely associated with education for under privileged child. However the emphasis has been on girl child. Janki School (The project name given for under privileged girl child education) had been getting a lot of appreciation in bringing girls to the school and imparting vocational training as well as spreading awareness about literacy. The organization believes that by promoting girl education and making them literate is the best way to counter the vices prevalent in our social structure. However due to paucity of funds the initiative had suffered crucial setbacks.
women empowerment has become the motto of our government ,and for this they are adopting all the measures they can .
