Women Founders Collective website has been designed as an interactive tool and online community within which women founders of nonprofits (NGOs) or women considering starting a nonprofit can come together and share their experiences.
This site was created in December 2006, and is still a work in progress. It utilizes a powerful, free and open-source web development platform called Drupal which can be quickly and easily modified to add additional functionality. There are many ways that we, as a community, can work together to develop this site. This site was meant to be organic. If you have ideas as to how we could make it better, please contact us.
We look forward to make this website reflective of the needs of women founders and women thinking of starting an NGO.
All of this means: let us hear from you!
Women who have registered with WFC can participate fully on this website, add comments, post stories, include events on our calendar, upload photos, etc., etc. Women who are not registered can still read the WFC website and enjoy the offerings of women founders. However, we encourage women to register with WFC to gain as much as possible from what this website can offer.
To register, please click on "contact us" and follow the instructions.
In appreciation,
WFC Web Administration Team
