Online Resource Centre (ORC) is a collaborative effort to address the problems faced by NGOs and development organisations in accessing information that is already available. I would like to mention a learning resource which is an online course and program on Land Rights and Land Value Capture which shows the connections with poverty eradication, gender, sustainable development. This policy is now a key one to meet MDG (Millennium Development Goals set by the United Nations) of significantly improving living conditions for 100 million slum dwellers by 2020, and is recommended by all UN members states in founding documents and action agendas of UN Habitat. The website is http://www.course.earthrights.net. Further information on work of Earth Rights Institute which has partners in Africa and worldwide can be found here: http://www.earthrights.net
Best wishes to everyone!
